The exchange rate will be based on the rate on Transaction Date.
Example - BUY Contract
If you had bought HPH Trust USD (Singapore Market) and would like to pay your contract in SGD, then you would take the Offer for US Dollar, which is 1.3457.
Example - SELL Contract
If you had sold Twitter (US Market) and would like your sales proceeds to be in SGD, then you would take the Bid for US Dollar, which is 1.3397.
