Lim & Tan has gone paperless!
You may have noticed that you now receive an email on your e-statements instead of a hardcopy contract statement for your trades.
HOW TO CONTINUE RECEIVING HARD COPIES
Some of us (like me!) still like the good old hard copy statements for record and filing purposes. Hence, if you would like to opt out of e-statements and go back to paper statements, please print, sign and mail to Lyndell the Opt-Out form. Alternatively, just whatsapp/email Lyndell to post you a form. The Opt-Out process will take approximately 7 working days.
HOW TO RETRIEVE E-STATEMENTS
1) Log onto the online Lim Tan platform at www.limtan.com.sg (password required)
2) Access under "Account Management", "E-Statement"
3) Click on the scroll-down button and select from several statement types
4) To retrieve your contract statement for a trade done, select "Contract Statement (Daily)". Then select the Transaction Period accordingly.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF E-STATEMENTS?
You can enjoy the convenience of viewing your statements and contract notes online anytime at www.limtan.com.sg. In addition, you may print the selected statement and save this for subsequent reference.
